March . . . ?!?!?

Seriously, is it really March?? They say that time goes faster the older you get, I'm scared for what it will be like 20 years from now.

Let's talk about outfits first. I have LOVED doing 30 for 30. I've been doing it every day but not taking pictures (!) because as soon as I get home from work, it's lunch time, then Preston's nap time, and then Chandler time, and somewhere in there I either get spilled on and change my clothes or I change into sweats just because I want to. Here is the last outfit I photographed:

I have issue with the clothes I picked. I chose some things that I never wear, just to make myself incorporate them into my wardrobe. But then I realized that there is a good reason that I wear some things all the time and other things never. My closet is going to take a serious purging very soon. And I've realized also that there is no problem with wearing certain things a lot, because you can dress them up or accessorize them in different ways to make them into different outfits. Yesterday I wore a few things I think I should have chosen for 30 for 30. Things that are more wearable, flattering, and neutral.

I also have issue with being a fashion blogger. I am NOT a fashion blogger. I like to talk about fashion, and I love love LOVE clothes, but I don't love taking pictures of myself in them. I think it makes a blog more personal when the author isn't afraid to show their face, but I don't want to be in my blog every day. Once a week is plenty. You all know what I look like.

So on to the fact that it's March. MARCH, I tell you. My etsy sales really took off last month, it seems like not long ago I was at 50 sales, and now I'm at 99. I can't tell you how grateful I am, while at the same time a little overwhelmed. March will be really hard, but once it ends things should be good. Things we look forward to (or are dreading, depending on how we look at it) this month:
  • Expanding my shop even more
  • Preston getting tubes in his ears (and hopefully ending all these ear infections)
  • Moving to a house
  • Me having sinus surgery (there are cysts growing in there - hopefully my infections stop too.)
  • Getting ready for spring and summer craft markets
So as you can see it will be nuts, but at the end things should be awesome. Wish us luck!
