Style on Monday: Royal Wedding Edition . . . nevermind

I didn't realize until I started staying home exactly how obsessed everyone is with the royal wedding! I kind of don't get it. Are people really going to get up at 4 a.m. on Friday to watch? Obviously I'm dying to see Kate's dress, but that is about it.

I was going to do a royal wedding-inspired style post, but I feel kind of uninspired about the whole thing. I mean, I love Kate Middleton's style (Yay for peacoats and pencil dresses!) but I don't have anything to add to it. So let's talk about something totally off-topic: Random shoes that I would actually wear.

Is it bad that I love these? They're oxford sneakers. Sneakers! My favorite shoe besides the platform pump! But I don't know what you wear these with.

Booties. I still don't get them. They seem so pointless. But I've seen them enough now that they don't weird me out completely every time I see them. I'd even wear a pair.

Black people shoes. I mean bright sneakers. Gigi got some for Christmas and I was a little jealous. I'd rock a pair of these, untied with a pair of bright skinny jeans. Boom.

Blowfish shoes. I see them more and more. I think of everything we've discussed today I'm most likely to own a pair of these. They grow on me.

Thoughts? Or what random shoes would you actually wear?
