Whoever knows what song that is and who sings it gets a million points.
Ugh. Christmas shopping. I'm scared this year. Chandler actually knows and cares about toys and Santa and all that. I can't buy a Costco box of diapers and some new PJ's and call it good. Total bummer. Basically I have nothing to say because this post is a request for advice. What was the best toy you ever got your kids? Anything out there that won't be forgotten by February? Toys that hold attention for longer than 15 minutes? Your comments please...

Chipmunks. :) So I have the same problem every bday /Christmas. One toy that Carson has continued to love, even if off/on sometimes, is his legos. We got him just a basic box when he was about Chandler's age and we get him a new little thing to build occasionally. He still plays with them weekly at least!
I think it all depends on your little guys and what makes them happy. Wesley loves collections, so anything that comes with a lot of pieces...like ABC magnets. He can play with those for hours, day after day. Maybe just one nice big gift, and not a bunch of little ones that will be thrown all over. Like, a nice art easel if he likes to draw, or a little swing set, or a trampoline, or a nice train table. Those things always can get years of use. Christmas shopping is so hard. I have been spending hours reserching, and trying to figure out what is best to get for my little guys too. It can get stressful, but my hubby assures me they dont need a million toys to be happy...
We got Lincoln a rockin rider spring horse! www.toysrus.com/product/index.jspproductId=3065286
Our friends got one for their sons birthday and it was a total hit!
I am a big fan of KSL for toys. We got the horse on KSL for $65!!!
I have also been looking at train tables. They usually have them on KSL with the train for about $50, but they go fast!
Also thought about a play kitchen. Again around $60 on KSL, and they go fast too!!! Seriously KSL is the way to go! You get a way better price and you avoid the crowds.
